| Eligibility Criteria |
शैक्षणिक योग्यता: उम्मीदवार के पास किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में ग्रेजुएशन (Graduation/Degree) की डिग्री होनी चाहिए। आयु सीमा: उम्मीदवार की आयु 20 से 28 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए (आयु की गणना 01.04.2026 के आधार पर)। आयु में छूट: सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार SC/ST को 5 वर्ष, OBC को 3 वर्ष और PwBD उम्मीदवारों को 10 वर्ष की छूट दी जाती है। |

ऑनलाइन लिखित परीक्षा (Online Written Test): यह 100 अंकों की परीक्षा होती है जिसमें जनरल/फाइनेंशियल अवेयरनेस, जनरल इंग्लिश, क्वांटिटेटिव एप्टीट्यूड और रीजनिंग विषयों से प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं। स्थानीय भाषा का परीक्षण (Local Language Test): जिस राज्य से आप आवेदन करेंगे, वहां की स्थानीय भाषा का ज्ञान अनिवार्य है। |

अवधि: यह 1 साल की अप्रेंटिसशिप ट्रेनिंग है। स्टाइपेंड (Stipend): चयनित उम्मीदवारों को ट्रेनिंग के दौरान प्रतिमाह ₹15,000 का स्टाइपेंड मिलता है। नोट: यह एक ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम है, न कि सीधे बैंक में परमानेंट नौकरी। हालांकि, इसके बाद बैंक की अन्य भर्तियों में आपको प्राथमिकता मिल सकती है। |
